At D’Segment ATV Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to make the process as simple and fair as possible while ensuring we can continue to deliver the best possible service to all guests.


🔁 Customer Cancellations

Full Refund – 24 Hours Notice

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time.

    Include your name, booking date, and tour time when requesting a cancellation.


⚠️ No Refund – Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour or failure to show up (no-show) will result in no refund.
This policy is necessary to cover guide scheduling, equipment preparation, and reserved tour slots.


Late Arrivals

Tours begin promptly at their scheduled times.
If you arrive late and miss your tour departure, we cannot guarantee a reschedule or refund. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early for check-in and the safety briefing.


🌧️ Weather & Safety Cancellations

  • Our tours operate rain or shine, as a little rain often adds to the adventure.

  • However, in the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy storms, flooding, or unsafe trail conditions), D’Segment ATV Tours may cancel or postpone a tour for safety reasons.

  • In such cases, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.


🚫 Operator Cancellations

If D’Segment ATV Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as mechanical issues, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings), guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered:

  • A rescheduled tour date, or

  • A full refund — whichever you prefer.


💳 Refund Processing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking (e.g., PayPal, credit card, or cash).
Please allow 3–5 business days for online refunds to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.


📄 Changes & Modifications

If you’d like to change your tour date or time:

  • Requests made more than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.


⚖️ Fairness & Flexibility

We know travel in the Caribbean can be unpredictable — ferries, weather, or cruise schedules can shift. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to us right away. We’ll always do our best to work with you.
